All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Merchandise must be in original condition. This means tags attached, unworn, unaltered and unwashed!

Upon acceptance of your return we will issue you a credit for a future ww.shoprubylou.com purchase, exchange the item, or credit your Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Some sale items are marked as a “Ruby Lou Blow-Out” and these items MAY NOT be returned.
We have given these items a large price reduction in order to help them find a home.

Special Orders: All sales are final on special order items.
